How we look after your information
This is a private website for our wedding. We only collect what we need to plan the celebrations, we store it securely in the EU, and you stay in control of it.
Who is responsible
Didi & Anthony are responsible for the information collected on this site. If you have any question about your data, reply to the message your invitation came from and it will reach us.
What we collect
Your name and invitation details; the events you're invited to; and what you tell us when you RSVP: whether you're coming, the size of your party, and any note, travel or accommodation preference you choose to share. If you set up a guest account, we also store your email and a securely hashed password. We don't ask for more than we need.
Why we may use it
We use your details only to plan and run the wedding: seating, catering, accommodation and your venue pass. We rely on the consent you give when you RSVP, and we never sell or share your data.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner) and is protected in transit and at rest. Passwords and pass tokens are never stored in readable form.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to plan and run the wedding, and we delete or anonymise them within 12 months after the celebrations.
Your rights
You stay in control of your information. You can:
- See and download the data we hold about you, from your guest account.
- Correct your RSVP at any time.
- Delete your data yourself from your guest account, or ask us to do it for you.
Keeping the site secure
We keep a minimal, metadata-only record of sign-ins, RSVP changes and venue-pass scans so we can keep the site secure. It never includes your passwords, pass tokens, or any dietary or accessibility notes.
